机床超声检测附件产品族数据采集系统设计

摘    要:为了使机床超声检测附件产品族实现在线超声检测功能,需要设计数据采集系统。数据采集系统的设计包括硬件设计和软件设计。其中硬件设计主要包括数据采集卡和超声波探伤仪的选择;软件部分设计以LabVIEW为平台,采用产品族模块化的设计思想开发了数据采集系统。最终设计出由CTS23型探伤仪和AC6684A/D卡为硬件、以LabVIEW为软件处理部分的数据采集系统。该数据采集系统可应用于机床,实现超声检测附件产品族的在线检测功能。

Design of Data Acquisition System for Product Family of Machine Tool Ultrasonic Testing Accessories
Abstract:In order to materialize the on-line ultrasonic testing of workpiece,a data acquisition system for the product family of machine tool ultrasonic testing accessories was designed.In hardware design,the types of data acquisition card and ultrasonic flaw detector were selected.In software design,LabVIEW was used as platform,the modular design idea was used to design the data acquisition system.Eventually,a kind of data acquisition system was designed,which hardware included CTS23 flaw detector and AC6684A/D card and the software was taken LabVIEW as platform.The data acquisition system can be applied to the machine tool,materializing the on-line detection function of the product family.
