基于Fluent数值模拟的混流泵水动力性能分析

摘    要:基于Fluent软件对混流泵转速、流量和表面粗糙度等不同情况下的内部流场、压力分布以及水动力性能进行了详细研究;分析了叶片压力面、吸力面压力分布规律和速度分布情况,得到混流泵叶片压力面和吸力面之间的压力差与效率、扬程之间的内在关系。研究表明:混流泵的水动力性能随着转速的增大而逐渐增大的;而混流泵的力矩和功率随着表面粗糙度的增大而增大,效率和扬程却明显降低。

Analysis of Hydrodynamic Performance of Mixed-flow Pump Based on Fluent Numercial Simulation
Abstract:The internal flow field, pressure distribution and hydrodynamic performance of a mixed-flow pump are studied in detail for a variety of speed, flow rate and surface roughness with FLUENT software. The relationship, which is among the efficiency, the head and the pressure difference between the blade pressure surface and the suction surface, was obtained by analyzing the pressure and velocity distributions of the blade pressure surface and the suction surface. The study shows that the hydrodynamic performance of the mixed-flow pump is proportional to increase of the speed; as the surface roughness is increasing, the torque and power increase, while the efficiency and head are significantly reduced.
