功能集成型磁流变阻尼器结构设计研究进展

摘    要:磁流变阻尼器(MRD)是一种广泛应用于汽车悬架、桥梁建筑等领域的智能减振器件。为使MRD在半主动系统中控制效果更好,同时避免传统MRD工作过程中振动机械能以热能方式耗散,MRD功能集成就显得尤为重要。阐述了传统MRD工作原理及其在车辆悬架中的应用,并结合功能集成思想,详细分析了自感应型、振动能量采集型以及自感应自供电型等功能集成型MRD的结构、工作原理及国内外研究现状;同时介绍了课题组研制的系列功能集成型MRD。相关分析结果可为功能集成型MRD结构设计及工程应用提供一定的理论参考。

A review of structure design of functional integrated magnetorheological damper
Abstract:Magnetorheological (MR) damper is a smart vibration damping instrument widely used in automobile suspension, bridge building and other fields. In order to make the MR damper control better in the semi active system and avoid the vibration energy dissipation as heat energy, the functional integration of MR damper is important. In this paper, the working principle of traditional MR damper and its application in the vehicle suspension system was described. Combined with the methodology of functional integration, the structure, working principle and current research status of the functional integrated MR damper was also analyzed, including the self sensing MR damper, self powered MR damper, self sensing and self powered MR damper, etc. Meanwhile, the new functional integrated MR dampers proposed by our group were also expounded in detail. The relevant results can provide some guidance for the design and further engineering applications of functional integrated MR damper.
