摘    要:配电网故障测距技术是保证配电系统安全可靠运行的关键技术。为了及时有效地确定故障位置,研究了一种快速的配电网单相接地故障时域测距方法。首先建立配电线路的单相接地故障等效模型,分析了故障点分别与母线侧和负荷侧故障信息的关系,并建立时域测距方程。然后通过对特定时刻下的线路参数进行分析,简化计算过程,实现快速故障测距。最后利用Matlab对所提方法进行仿真,验证其可行性和有效性。实验表明,所提方法用时较短,具有较高的精度,且不受故障电阻影响,为配电网的单相接地故障测距提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract:Fault location technology in distribution network is the key technology to ensure the safe and reliable operation of distribution system. In order to determine the location of fault in time and effectively, a fast method of time domain fault location for single phase to ground fault in distribution network is studied in this paper. Firstly, the equivalent model of single phase to ground fault of distribution line is established, and the relation between fault point and fault information of bus side and load side is analyzed, and time domain distance measurement equation is established. Then, through the analysis of the line parameters at a specific time, the calculation process is simplified and the fast fault location is realized. Finally, the proposed method is simulated by Matlab, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified. Experiments show that this method is of short time, has high precision, and is not affected by fault resistance. It provides a new idea for single phase to ground fault location in distribution network. This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 61672032).
