小区电动车充电服务平台技术方案探讨

摘    要:为了解决城市居民小区的电动自行车、电动慢速车、电动汽车等电动车充电面临的充电模式单一、支付手段单一、充电设施缺乏有效运营管理和充电设施无法实现共享等问题,提出了构建小区电动车充电服务平台的设想。通过小区电动车充电服务平台总体目标、方案、架构和关键技术领域的分析探讨,提出了小区电动车充电服务平台技术解决方案,通过小区电动车充电服务平台网站及手机APP的示范应用解决了小区电动车充电面临的问题。示范应用结果表明,居民小区电动车充电服务平台技术方案有效地解决了小区充电面临的问题,为居民小区电动车充电服务业务发展提供了重要的理论依据和应用探索,具有重要的研究和应用价值。

Abstract:The charging of electric vehicles in residential area, such as electric bicycle, electric slow vehicle, electric car, etc. has the problems that charging mode and payment means are single, charging infrastructure lacks of effective operation management and cannot be shared, etc. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward an idea of establishing charging service platform for electric vehicles in residential area. The overall target, plan, architecture and key technologies of electric vehicle charging service platform in residential area are analyzed and discussed, and the technology solutions of electric vehicle charging service platform in residential area are proposed. Through the demonstration and application of website and mobile APP of electric vehicle charging service platform in residential area, the problems of electric vehicle charging in residential area are solved. The demonstrative application shows that electric vehicle charging service platform scheme in residential area effectively solves the charging problems, providing a theoretical basis for business development of electric vehicle charging service in residential area.
