隧道窑温度模糊控制算法的设计及应用

摘    要:
论文针对隧道窑燃烧过程中具有的非线性、大时滞、大惯性特点,基于专家知识,提出了利用自整定模糊PID控制、模糊辨识、Smith预估补偿控制以及Bang-Bang控制相结合的隧道窑温度控制算法。该算法在基于西门子S7-300 PLC控制系统的软硬件基础上实现并在山西某耐火材料企业实际投入使用,取得了显著的控制效果和良好的经济效益。

Abstract:
According to the characteristics of combustion process in tunnel kilns such as nonlinearity, large time delay and big inertia, this paper presents a control algorithm for tunnel kiln temperature, which is based on experience of expertise, self-tuning fuzzy PID control, fuzzy model identification, Smith Predictor control, and Bang-Bang control. The algorithm is implemented on the hardware and software of Siemens S7-300 PLC, and has achieved remarkable control effect and good economic returns in a refractories company in Shanxi.
