变风量空调系统的模糊免疫PID控制的研究

摘    要:中央空调的能耗问题日益引起人们的关注,由于变风量温度控制系统非线性、大滞后及时变等特点,常规的PID控制往往效果欠佳。本文借鉴生物免疫反馈机理和模糊控制理论,设计了模糊免疫PID控制器,并且采用遗传算法优化免疫PID的参数,建立中央空调变风量温度控制系统的数学模型,并分别用常规PID控制技术和模糊免疫PID控制技术对温室进行仿真试验,仿真结果表明:该方法调节精度较高,调节迅速,超调量小,抗干扰强,因此具有一定的可行性和推广价值。

Abstract:Central air-conditioning power consumption is increasingly a concern, Because the characteristics of temperature’s control of central air-conditioner are nonlinear, strong inertia, time-variant and pure delay, the conventional PID control is often ineffective. A fuzzy immune PID controller was designed based on the immune feedback mechanism and the fuzzy control theory, used the genetic algorithm to optimize the immune PID parameters, established a central VAV temperature control system model, and applied conventional PID control and fuzzy immune PID control technology to simulate the greenhouse experiment, simulation results show that: the control system has the characteristic of rapid adjustment, high regulation accuracy, small overshoot, and a strong anti-interference, therefore it has the feasibility and the promotion of a certain value.
