聚氨酯弹性体复合抗磨环的研制

摘    要:介绍了聚氨酯弹性体复合抗磨环的设计及制作过程,并将该产品应用于挖泥船泥泵中。经过试验证明,该产品比传统的钢质抗磨环耐气蚀、耐磨损,使用寿命可延长3倍以上。

Abstract:The design and manufactur of PU elastomer/steel composite disk are described in this paper. The composite disk was applied to the pilot experiment of dredger mud pump. The results of the experiment showed that this disk was better in resistance to air corrosion than traditional steel disk, and its service life was 3 times longer than that of the steel disk.
