| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种数字视频监控系统,给出该系统的具体实现方案,并对其中的关键技术进行了深入分析。该系统结构合理、功能完善、运行可靠。通过测试白天和夜晚的监控效果图,该视频监控系统达到了最初技术要求,具有很好的实用性。

| Abstract: | A digital video monitoring system is proposed.The design of the hardware stystem is introduced in detail,and the key technologies are analyzed.The system is reasonable,comprehensive and reliable.The experimental results show that the video monitoring system meets the technical requirement in the daytime and nighttime,and has good practicability. |
