| 摘 要： | 介绍了用气相色谱法测定污泥酸化水解工程中产生的挥发性脂肪酸的方法,包括样品前处理方法、测定时的pH值和色谱条件.在此基础上进行了实际样品的测定,同时进行了加标回收率、标准偏差和CV值的检验.实践证明,此方法速度快、操作简便、准确性高,所测定结果与理论值符合较好.这种方法能够很好地应用于污水处理厂污泥酸化水解工艺,检测污泥中的挥发性脂肪酸.

| Abstract: | A gas chromatographic method is described for the determination of volatile fatty acid produced in acidified hydrolysis of sludge.The sample pretreatment procedure,pH value and the chromatographic con- ditions were studied.The practical samples were determined and the revcovery,standard deviation and RSD were tested.The results has good conformity with the theory of acidified hydrolysis.The method is fast,simple and accurate,and can be applied in sewage treament plant for the determination of volatile fat- ... |
