| 摘 要： | 泵阀是钻井工作过程的直接组成件，也是钻井泵中最重要的易损件之一，它的设计好坏直接影响到泵的工作性能和使用寿命，在泵阀失效分析的基础上，提出了一套合理的泵阀设计方法，以此为基础设计了新型泵阀，其试验结果好，具有一定优越性。

| Abstract: | Drilling pump valve is one of the most important wearing parts of drilling pump. The design of drilling pump valve directly influences its working performance and service life. In this paper, a reasonable design of drilling pump valve was put forward based on the failure analysis. A new type of drilling pump valve has then been designed and manufactured. Field tests have already been performed and the results are satisfactory. |
