FCC汽油芳构化反应机理研究

摘    要:
以独山子石化公司的重汽油为原料,在360 m L绝热评价装置上考察了反应条件对Co Mo/ZSM-5催化剂芳构化性能的影响。结果表明,在反应温度365℃、压力1.6 MPa、空速1.5 h~(-1)和氢油体积比300:1的条件下,芳烃含量增加了3%,研究法辛烷值无损失,产品的液收率为97%。对工业生产中调控Co Mo/ZSM-5催化剂芳构的化反应条件具有指导作用。

Investigation on mechanism of aromatization for FCC gasoline
Abstract:
With the heavy gasoline from Dushanzi Petrochemical Company as raw material, the influence of reaction condition on aromatization performance of the CoMo/ZSM-5 catalyst was investigated in a 360 mL thermal insulation evaluation plant, The result showed that CoMo/ZSM-5 catalyst exhibited high catalytic activity and stability under the following optimum reaction condition:reaction temperature of 365 ℃,pressure of 1.6 MPa,space velocity of 1.5 h-1, and hydrogen/oil volumetric ratio of 300:1, the content of aromatics is increased by 3% percent without loss of RON, and liquid yield is 97%. These findings can give a useful guidance for effectively regulating the aromatization process of the CoMo/ZSM-5 catalyst during industrial production.
