摘    要:制备不同负载量的Pd基和Pt基催化剂,建立催化剂活性评价装置,考察贵金属Pd和Pt负载量对甲烷转化率的影响,结果表明,甲烷转化率最高的Pd和Pt负载质量分数分别为1.25%和2%,相同负载质量分数0.1%时,Pd基催化剂的甲烷转化率优于Pt基催化剂。催化剂的BET比表面积大小不能反映催化剂的催化活性,二者之间无线性关系。

Abstract:Pd/Al2O3 and Pt/Al2O3 catalysts with different loadings of Pd and Pt for methane catalytic combustion were prepared. The effects of Pd and Pt loading amounts on CH4 removal efficiency were investigated in an activity evaluation device.The results showed that methane conversion was the highest,when Pd and Pt loading mass fractions were 1.25% and 2%,respectively.Under the same loading amounts 0.1% of Pd and Pt,the catalytic efficiency of Pd/Al2O3 catalyst was superior to that of Pt/Al2O3.There was no linear relationship between BET surface area of the catalyst and its catalytic activities.
