摘    要:以2 230 mm六辊CVC冷连轧机为研究对象,在ABAQUS有限元软件平台上建立了六辊CVC轧机辊系变形三维非线性仿真模型。通过数值模拟,分析了弯辊和轧辊轴向横移综合调控下承载辊缝凸度调节域的变化规律。同时,分析了2 230 mm冷连轧机弯辊力、轧辊轴向横移位置以及轧制力等工艺参数对板形调控性能的影响,为板形在线控制调节和辊型曲线优化设计提供了理论依据和应用参考。

Abstract:Taking the six-high 2 230 mm cold tandem mill with roll profile of CVC as research object,a three dimensional nonlinear simulation model of the roll system deformation of the six-high CVC mill was established on the ABAQUS finite element software platform.The change law of the regulation region of the roll gap was analyzed under the role of roll bending and axial shiftting according to numerical simulation.At the same time,the influence of technological parameters,such as bending force,alternating axial shiftting position and rolling force of 2 230 mm cold rolling mill were analyzed,which provided theoretical basis and application reference for the on-line control of strip flatness and the optimization design of roll profile.
