摘    要:
提出利用高精度测角仪测量齿轮副在啮合过程中不同啮合位置时轮齿受载综合变形的新方法。利用该方法要以精确测得齿轮多对齿啮合和单对齿啮合情况下受载综合变形,实验装置简单,试验误差易于分析。

Abstract:
In this paper, a new method to measure meshing composite deflections of loaded cylindrical involute helical gear by using high precision clinometer is presented. By this method, the meshing composite deflection of loaded teeth can be obtained precisely either in multiple or in individually meshing teeth conditions. The test rig is uncomplicated and practical, and the experimental error can be analyzed conveniently.
