| Abstract: | The importance of technological management in reducing cost was summarized in this paper.The examples in production were enumerated with respect to technological project,material ration,auxiliary material ration,man-hour ration and technological standard.Combining with data and picture,the feasibility and advantages of practicing in reducing cost of technological management were discussed. |
