| Abstract: | MS and HPLC-MS techniques are applied in the determination of polyglycerol fatty acid ester.The component of polyglycerol ester can be analyzed by injecting sample directly in the APCI mass spectrometry .Esters in polyglycerol esters of fatty acids can probably be quantified respectively by selective ion diagram. |
