摘    要:基于对500 kV锡西南和苏州西2个无人值班变电站在带电启动阶段有别于常规有人值班变电站特点的分析,总结了无人值班变电站需要验证的特殊性能参数,并阐述了系统启动调试中涉及远方监控中心的性能调试规范,以及进一步在500 kV无人值班变电站工程建设实例中的调试方案制订和测试数据分析中所进行的验证。此项研究对今后同类500 kV无人值班变电站的建设和投运具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Based on the difference of energized start-up between 500 kV unattended Xixinan and Suzhouxi Substations and other traditional substations,the special characteristic parameters that should be verified for the unattended substation are summarized.The performance debugging specifications including that of the remote centralized control center during start-up debugging are illuminated,and the specifications are verified through debugging scheme and data measurement in the construction project of 500 kV unattended substations.
