| 摘 要： | 在介绍基于网络信息化平台项目管理的概念、功能、组织前提的基础上,重点阐述了项目协同工作和信息交流过程,并在此基础上提出了我国发展基于网络平台项目管理的建议,以提高我国的项目管理水平。

| Abstract: | With a rapid growth of construction item in China,the traditional communication way in construction management can not satisfied the demands of latest project.Cooperative work platform now serve an excellent way for improving the management performance.This paper introduces the characteristic and application on project management about network planning technology and cooperative work platform.By the way,the process of cooperative work platform is a key point in this paper.Some advice on developing the cooperative work platform on network in our country is delivered at the end of this paper,so as to improve the project management level in our country. |
