| 摘 要： | 论述了中小型企业汽车涂装品质管理的意义。从材料管理(含供应商资格管理、原材料品质管理)、现场管理(包括现场生产运行和技术管理、涂装现场质量管理、车身漆膜质量跟踪、现场清洁管理)、工艺管理及标准化作业、供应商的技术服务和人员培训等方面对中小型企业汽车涂装品质管理方法进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The significance of quality management of auto coatings for medium or small enterprises was discussed.The quality management methods of auto coatings for medium or small enterprises were explored in relation to material management(including competence management of provider,raw material quality management),locale management(including locale production running and technology management,coating locale quality management,quality tracking of coating,locale clearnness management),technics management and standarized operation,technology service and worker training etc. |
