微型直线超声电动机发展与研究现状

摘    要:概述了直线型超声电机的运动机理和特点,分类总结了国内外行波型、驻波型、复合振子型、仿生步进型等四类典型直线型超声电机的发展及其研究现状,指出了直线型超声电机在理论建模、运动控制、工程应用等方面存在的问题和研究内容,以及发展方向。

Abstract:The paper summarizes the movement mechanism and characteristic of linear ultrasonic motor, and respectively analyzes the development of some typical linear USM such as traveUing wave type, standing wave type, hybid transducer-type, bionic foot type and so on. The research contents and some questions of USM are pointed out in the way of theory modeling, movement control, application in the engineering, and the developing direction.
