基于CATIA V5的汽车三维标准件库的建立

摘    要:
提出一种在CATIA V5环境下运用知识工程参数化建立标准件库的设计方法。这种方法通过运用CATIA的知识工程顾问模块,以产品知识为基础,参数化地建立标准件模型,再把标准件模型导入Catalog模板实现标准件库的建立。并以标准件六角头螺栓的设计为例,详细地阐述了这种设计方法在产品设计中的具体实现过程。

Abstract:
A parametric design method based on knowledge engineering was presented to build the standard part storehouse in the environment of CATIA V5. This method build parametrically the model of standard part storehouse based on knowledge of product by applying the module of knowledge engineering adviser of CATIA, then the model of standard part was guided into the templet file of Catalog to build stand- ard part storehouse. Taking the design of standard part "Hexagon Head Bolts" for example, the knowledge-driven parametric method was de- scribed in detail in process of product design.
