摘    要:采用同轴圆筒黏度计研究了不同树脂原料制备的聚氯乙烯.(PVC)增塑糊体系稳态流变性能,分析了树脂特性对增塑糊流变性能的影响.结果表明,所制备的增塑糊体系流动曲线特征主要取决于树脂的合成方式和树脂颗粒粒径大小和分布,体系黏度对温度的依赖性主要取决于树脂颗粒的粒径分布,粒径呈双峰分布的增塑糊体系黏度对温度更为敏感,更易于凝胶.在PVC糊开始凝胶之前,随温度的升高,所制备的增塑糊体系黏度对剪切速率的依赖性均减小,且有向牛顿流体转变的趋势.

Abstract:The rheological properties of plastisols prepared by different PVC resins have been evaluated using a DV-79+ pro coaxial cylinder viscometer by steady shearing. The effect of resin characteristics on the rheological properties of PVC plastisols was investigated. The results indicate that the flow property of plastisols is determined by the preparation process and the particle size and distribution of resins, the dependence of viscosity on temperature is determined by the particle distribution of resins, the viscosity of plastisols prepared by resins with unimodal particle distribution is sensitive to temperature than that of plastisols prepared by resins with bimodal particle distribution. The viscosity of plastisols shows less dependence on shearing rate with the temperature increasing, and the plastiols show a trend to change into Newtonian liquid.
