| 摘 要： | 介绍旋流叶片型煤粉浓缩器的冷态试验研究情况，并根据冷态试验结果将山西霍州电厂的3号锅炉燃烧器改造为采用旋流叶片型煤粉浓缩装置的为型旋流燃烧器。现场运行结果表明，旋流叶片型煤浓缩器运行效果良好，装有该装置的浓淡型旋流燃烧器能在50％负荷下脱油稳燃。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY AND
APPLICATION OF SWIRL BLADE TYPE PULVERIZED COAL CONCENTRATOR |

| Abstract: | The cold modeling experimental study of the title concentrator was described. Based on the test results, the burners of boiler No3 in Huozhou Power Plant, Shanxi Province, have been retrofitted to dense-and-thin phase seperated swirl burners by using the said concentrators. Field test and operation results show, the said concentrators have good operation performance. and the retrofitted swirl burners can be operated under 50% load of a 410t/h boiler without oil-firing for stabilization of combustion. |
