摘    要:先进控制技术的特点是在不改变装置工艺流程,不增加大量设备和投资的情况下,有效提高控制水平,降低生产能耗,增加高附加值产品的产量,从而使得生产装置获得更高的生产效益。流程工业中,应用最成功的代表是多变量预测控制。本文介绍了先进控制技术在抚顺石油三厂分子筛脱蜡装置中的应用情况,进一步说明了先进控制的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:By using advanced process control technology,the performance of the control system can be improved,energy consuming can be reduced,and throughput of the more expensive product can be maxmized by controlling product closer to its specification.All these features can be achieved without significantly changing the process equipment.Multivarible predictive control is the most success- ful advanced process control technology in industry.This paper shows how the advanced process control is implemented in the molecu- lar sieve dewaxing unit of No.3 Plant of Fushun Petrochemical Company.From this application it demostrates that the advanced process control has its effectivity and usability in industry.
