| 摘 要： | 综述了透微波陶瓷材料的研究概况 ,分析了材料设计的基本原则 ,对二氧化硅、氧化硅、氮化硼及磷酸盐等透微波陶瓷材料体系进行了较全面的论述 ,并简要介绍了透微波陶瓷材料的制备工艺 ,最后展望了陶瓷天线罩材料的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced recent progress in studies of the microwave-transmitting ceramic materials and related research fields.The basic design principle was analyzed.The microwave-transmitting ceramics materials such as SiO 2,Si 3N 4,BN etc. were described and preparation of the transmitting ceramic was briefly introduced.The development trend in the transmitting ceramic materials was predicted at last. |
