基于Hypermesh的中型货车车架有限元分析与优化

摘    要:针对某类型货车在使用中车架易形成疲劳破坏和断裂,进行了该型车架相关的刚度分析和强度分析。应用Hypermesh分析软件对车架有限元模型进行了模型的前后处理,得到车架在刚度与强度状况下的应力图和变形图。分析了车架的变形和应力状况,获得该类车架易受疲劳和强度破坏的薄弱环节,提出了合理的改进方案。通过车架改进前后的有限元分析比较,提出了车架的优化改进方案。

Abstract:To the question of the medium truck frame which easily leads to endurance failure and breaking,made an analysis on the rigidity and intensity of the frame.It made a reasonable finite element model pre-and post-processing by Hypermesh and got the stress-strain diagram.It brought up a reasonable program of optimization and give the vulnerability of the frame and intensity of the weak links by analyze the deformation and strained conditions.It provided optimization program through improved pre-and post-frame finite element analysis.
