The Walnut Comprehensive Utilization and Deep-processing
Abstract:Walnut is a traditional economic crop with thousands of growth history in our country.Last years it tends to develop steadily in planting,producing,processing, exporting etc.In our country the walnut has many nutrient contents,so it has lots of benefits for human health. The walnut comprehensive utilization and deep-processing serial products in- clude walnut oil,walnut powder,walnut milk,fruity flavor walnut milk,walnut sour milk and idle walnut products.The walnut can be used for abstracting superior plant oil-walnut oil after their kernels are peeled and remove the astringent.The protein of walnut kernels after being abstracted oil can be concentrated and made into walnut pies with plentiful protein.The walnut pies can be produced into walnut milk,fruity flavor walnut milk speedy soluble walnut powder and walnut idle food etc.Nowa- days fermenting walnut sediment and pro- ducing walnut sour milk and making idle food is looked as a now food process way.
