丙烯精馏塔的操作优化

摘    要:利用Aspen Plus软件,通过普通浮阀塔板代替DJ型塔板对丙烯精馏塔操作进行了稳态模拟,对液泛系数进行了76%的修正,得出了不同进料量和不同进料组成下的优化操作条件。结果表明,在相同进料组成下,最优回流比及进料位置相同;丙烯精馏塔操作优化后,x(塔顶丙烯)在99.6%以上,x(塔釜丙烯)在10%以下,分离精度达到了指标要求;406塔与406 A塔位置调换,可增大装置操作弹性。

Abstract:The operation of propylene rectification tower was simulated in the stable state by applying Aspen Plus software and using ordinary floating valve tray instead of DJ type tray.Then,the value of flooding coefficient was corrected by 76%and the optimized operating paramerers with different feed amount and different feedstock compostion were obtained.The results showed that the best reflux ratio and feeding position kept invarable for the same feedstock compostion;After the operation optimization of propylene rectification tower,the molar fractions of propylene at the top and the bottom of the tower were above 99.6%,below 10% respectively;If the positions of tower 406 and 406 A exchanged,it could increase the operating flexibility of the units.
