| 摘 要： | 介绍了定额制定的研究状况,分析了煤矿定额制定存在的问题,提出了科学制定煤矿定额的对策,主要包括构建完整的煤矿定额体系,基于作业制定煤矿消耗定额,从全部影响因素出发,制定精细化、动态化的煤矿定额标准.

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the study status of the establishment of norm quota,analyses the problems of the establishment of norm quota of coal mine,and puts forward the countermeasures for the establishment of scientific norm quota of coal mine.The countermeasures include that a complete system of coal mine norm quota is constructed,the establishment of coal mine consumption norm quota is based on activity theory,and the delicacy and dynamic norm quota of coal norm is established by applying total factors. |
