| Abstract: | The characteristics and essentials of contract energy management are explained. The participation of EMC to the energy saving projects of enterprises is beneficial to the sustainable development of the enterprises. The implementation of contract energy management in Shanghai is introduced, and the approaches of contract energy management to make economic profits are recommended with examples. It is considered that the contract energy management is an effective and indispensable method of DSM. |
