摘    要:为研究使用工况对发动机缸套—活塞环磨损的影响,以某型发动机为对象,基于平均Reynolds方程建立了缸套—活塞环边界润滑模型,根据活塞环受力平衡方程和缸内传热建立了边界条件模型,并基于Holm-Achard磨损机理建立了粘着磨损模型;采用迭代算法,将发动机工况影响计入缸套—活塞环润滑和磨损模型;计算分析了该发动机某一工况循环下缸套—活塞环的磨损,计算与实测结果对比表明:实测与计算曲线趋势一致,上止点附近的计算值与实测值误差不超过5%.

Abstract:In order to study the effects of operation conditions on the wear of engine cylinder liner and piston ring, taken a certain engine as example, a liner-ring lubrication model was established by using mean Reynolds equation. Then, the boundary conditions were determined according to the force equilibrium and cylinder thermal transfer equations. And, a sticking wear model was built on the basis of Holm-Achard wear mechanics. By using iterative algorithm, the influence of engine operation conditions was introduced in the lubrication and wear models. Finally, according to those models, the cylinder liner wear in a operation condition was calculated and compared with the test data. The results show that: their trends is consistent, and the error between them are lower than 5% near TDC.
