| 摘 要： | 针对传统企业工时定额制定方法及不同企业间的特点，提出了一种通用化计算机辅助工时定额制度的方法，介绍了系统的整体框架以及功能模块，即：数据库创建模块、数据库管理模块、工时定额制定模块、报表生成打印模块的设计原理和实现的方法。

The paper introduces a new method of constituting UCATS.
