| 摘 要： | 在国家节能减排政策的推动下,蒸压粉煤灰砖等新型墙体材料的使用量增长迅速,传统的单机自动化模式无法满足生产需求。基于全集成自动化概念,利用工控机、PLC、组态软件等自动化设备和技术,构建了蒸压粉煤灰砖生产线过程监控系统,对生产线逻辑控制流程进行了分析,讨论了用户管理模式的设计,所构建系统具有网络化、开放性特点,可提高劳动生产率,降低能耗和生产成本。 |

| Abstract: | Pushed by the country policy about energy conservation,the new wall material amounts of the steam pressure coal-dust brick promptly increase,a traditional pattern of single machine automation can not meet all production needs.Based on the totally integrated automation definition,some automation devices and technology were used,such as PLC,IPC and configuration software etc.,for constructing a process monitor system applied in a steam pressure coal-dust brick production line,some special logic control functions were provided and analyzed in this production line,user management patterns were also designed and discussed.The constructed system,with the network and open characteristic,can improve productivity,reduce energy consumption and production cost. |
