An integrated static 128 bit serial memory with logic circuitry at its input and transmission line drivers at its output is described. It works at a supply voltage of ?2 V ± 17%. Its power dissipation is 90 mW, and its maximum clock frequency is 40 MHz. Chip size is 3 × 4 mm2. |
