基于ANSYS真空平板玻璃的动力学模态分析

摘    要:利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对真空平板玻璃结构进行模态分析,按照真空玻璃国家标准,建立1000mm×1000mm真空平板玻璃模型,在ANSYS中设置材料属性及边界条件进行模态分析,在0~100000Hz频率范围内求解其1~10阶整体结构的固有频率及振型。另外,对相同尺寸下普通玻璃及中空玻璃模型进行模态分析,与真空平板玻璃固有频率及振型加以对比。结果表明:与普通平板玻璃及中空玻璃相比,真空平板玻璃每一阶固有频率最大,并且变形最小。说明真空平板玻璃刚度性能优先于普通玻璃及中空玻璃。为其整体设计及其制造提供了科学的依据,将有效预估结构的振动特性。

Abstract:The modal analysis of vacuum glazing structure was carried out with the finite element software ANSYS and the model of 1000mm×1000mm vacuum glazing was established according to national standard on vacuum glazing. Results show that every natural frequency of the vacuum glazing is higher than that of common sheet glass or insulating glass and the deformation of the vacuum glazing is least among the three kinds of glass, which demonstrates that the rigidity of the vacuum glazing is superior to common glass and insulating glass.
