聚丙烯腈纤维高强混凝土抗冻融性能研究

摘    要:研究了在冻融环境下 (- 17.5~ 7.5℃ ) ,低掺量 (体积掺量≤ 0 .2 % )聚丙烯腈有机纤维对高强混凝土力学性能的影响。通过SEM观察发现聚丙烯腈纤维在混凝土中分散性较好 ,纤维间距小、纤维和混凝土界面结合状况良好。宏观性能测试的结果表明在合理掺量下聚丙烯腈纤维能够显著提高混凝土的抗拉极限应变和抗开裂性能。因而 ,在低温循环变化环境下 ,具有较强的抵抗疲劳破坏的能力 ,降低混凝土强度的损失 ,大幅度提高混凝土的抗冻融耐久性

Abstract:In present paper,the effects of polyacrylonitrile fibers with low additions(volume fraction less than 0.2%)on mechanical properties of high strength concrete under freezing-thawing-cycle condition(temperature ranges from-17.5~7.5℃)were studied.By SEM photography,the polyacrylonitrile fibers were found to be of well-distributed with short spaces,and be of firm interface bonded with concrete.Tests of macroscopical properties indicated that by suitable additions,polyacrylonitrile fibers improve tensil strain limit and cracking resistance of concrete obviously.Therefore,polyacrylonitrile fiber reinforced concrete can bear strong abilities to resist fatigue failure,and reduce the strength loss,resulting in durability of freezing-thawing resistance improved remarkablely.
