N,N-二异丙基-2-氯乙胺盐酸盐合成

摘    要:以N,N-二异丙基胺为原料,先与环氧乙烷羟乙基化,得到N,N-二异丙基乙醇胺,再经过卤代、成盐,得到N,N-二异丙基-2-氯乙胺盐酸盐,总收率为89.2%。实验考察了羟乙基化中的水量、环氧乙烷摩尔比、以及氯化亚砜摩尔比等因素对收率的影响,优化了反应条件。中问产物及目标产品经GC/MS和IR检测,结构正确,纯度较高。

Abstract:Diisopropylamine was chosen as raw material to synthesize 2-chloroethyl diisopropyl ammonium chloride. Diisopropylamine reacted with ethylene oxide to get 2-diisopropylaminoethyl alcohol. Then 2-diisopropylaminoethyl alcohol was halogenated and hydrochlorated to produce the object product with high purity. The total yield is 89. 2%. The influence of the amount of water added and the ratio of feeds as well as reaction time on the reaction were also studied. Additionally, the composition and structure of the products were analysed by GC/MS and IR, which helped to confirm the corresponding character.
