| 摘 要： | 为减少水资源配置分布不合理和提高水资源配置管理信息系统的开发管理效率,采用组件式GIS集成开发技术,运用PowerBuilder与MapX控件进行系统开发,同时把GIS矢量数据与RS栅格数据集成应用到系统之中,能大大提高水资源合理优化、配置管理等功能。结果表明,PowerBuilder与MapX控件进行系统集成开发水资源优化配置管理信息系统,不仅开发过程简单、开发速度快,而且还能充分发挥PowerBuilder强大的数据库管理功能,为实现水资源管理的现代化和水资源合理配置提供一种新的解决途径。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce the improper distribution of water resource allocation and improve the development efficiency of the water resource allocation information system,integrated development information system techniques of the COM GIS are introduced.PowerBuilder and MapX are used to integrate development information system,consisting of the vector data of GIS and the grid data of RS.The method improves the water resource allocation management greatly.An example shows that it works not only easy and fast,but also presents the advantage of managing database of the PowerBuilder and develops the management information system of water resource allocation.It is a new approach in water resource management and optimized water resource. |
