基于AHP-FCE的导弹装备测试性评估

摘    要:针对目前导弹装备在使用阶段缺乏科学有效的测试性评估方法的问题,提出了基于AHP-FCE的导弹装备测试性综合评估模型。首先,从导弹的仓库储存、维护、战备转换、部署和作战等任务阶段出发,建立了较为全面的导弹装备测试性评估指标体系。在此基础上,应用层次分析法确定评估指标权重,建立模糊综合评估模型,以某型导弹装备为例,对其测试性进行综合评估。结果表明,该评估模型实用、有效,为其他装备的测试性综合评估提供了新思路。

Testability Evaluation of Missile Equipment Based on AHP-FCE
Abstract:Due to the lack of scientific and effective methods for the testability evaluation of missile equipment at the using stage now,a synthetic testability evaluation model of missile equipment based on AHP-FCE is proposed.First of all,starting from the mission phase of missile,such as warehousing,maintenance,readiness conversion,disposition and fighting,the more comprehensive indicator system of testability evaluation of missile equipment is established.On this basis,by using AHP,the weight of the evaluation indicators is determined,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established.A certain type of missile equipment is taken as an example,and the testability of missile equipment is evaluated synthetically.The result shows that the evaluation model is practical and effective,which provides a new approach for the comprehensive evaluation of testability of other equipments.
