智能化嵌入式可编程控制器集成系统的研制

摘    要:文章结合可编程控制器的实现方式和应用现状,分析了其在与主机通信、协调工作、软硬件分配以及编程器和编程语言方面存在的问题,提出一种智能化嵌入式可编程控制器集成系统,设计了基于AT总线技术的系统硬件电路和梯形图集成开发环境,并着重介绍了梯形图程序的编辑、编译和通信,最后结合实验证明了系统的可行性。

Abstract:Combined with application actuality and realization way for PLC, the text analyzed in detail problems existing in such aspects as the communication and coordination between PLC and host, distribution of software and hardware as well as in programmer and programming language; presented an integrated system for intelligent embedded PLC; designed a system hardware circuit based on AT bus technology and integrated developing environment for ladder diagram, and introduced emphatically the edition, compilation and communication of ladder diagram program, finally, it proved the feasibility of the system by combining with experiment.
