爆破企业推行绩效考核的探讨

摘    要:根据企业推行绩效考核的实践,认为企业推行绩效考核具有便于明确职责、便于激励和利于融洽员工之间的关系的作用。本文介绍了企业推行绩效考核过程中的收获和遇到的问题,分析了产生问题的原因;提出了在企业推行绩效考核应兼顾东西方文化的差异、尽量用少而精的考核指标、兼顾公正公平,并要根据情况对考核体系进行不断调整等建议。

Abstract:The feedback of applying experience of implementation of performance appraisal in blasting enterprise implied its advantageous functions in terms of clarifying duty, stimulating and harmonizing the relationship between the staffs. The present paper, based on the discussion of the performance-appraisal application, the difficulties encountered in the applying process, and the factors causing difficulties, suggested that the implementation of performance appraisal should take the cultural differences between the East and the West into consideration, use less and accurate testing index, behave justly and fairly and regulate the testing system constantly according to the practical status.
