气化模铸钢件表面增碳对力学性能影响的研究

摘    要:试验研究了气化模铸造铸钢件表面增碳对力学性能的影响。测试了采用EPS和PMMA模样浇铸船用集装箱角件时铸件的抗拉强度(σb)、屈服强度(σs)、伸长率(δ)、断面收缩率(ψ)和-20℃下的冲击值(αk),并与熔模铸造时进行对比。试验得出,表面增碳使铸件的σb,δs,αk值增加,δ,ψ值降低。

Abstract:The effect of surface carburizing on the mechanical properties has been studied for steel castings in EPC. The tensile strengh(b)yield strenth (s), elongation(), area reduction() and toughness at -20 C(k) have been determined for ship container casting in EPS and PMMA patterns and these values were compared with those in investment casting. It is shown that the surface carburizing make the b,s,k values of casting increase and the , values reduce.
