扁挤压筒应力的光弹性与有限元分析

摘    要:针对扁挤压筒内应力的解析法求解非常困难,且很难有精确理论解的特点,用光弹性实验方法确定挤压力的作用方式,以此作为有限元计算的边界条件,对扁挤压筒内部应力场进行分析计算。结果表明,实验分析与数值模拟结果吻合较好。采用光弹性和有限元相结合的分析方法,提高了计算的精度,也为挤压模具的优化设计提供了新的途径。

Abstract:It is difficult to solve the stress distribution of flat extrusion chamber by analytical method, as well as to get the accurate ideal solution. The photoelasticity experiment was made to get the pressure distribution, and its results were loaded as the boundary conditions in finite element analysis(FEA) to calculate the stress field of flat extrusion chamber. It is shown that the results obtained by experimental analysis are agree with that by numerical simulation. The comprehensive application of photoelasticity experiments and FEA can improve computational accuracy, which also points out a new approach to optimal design for extrusion dies.
