混合励磁双凸极发电机双向励磁调压器的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种并列式结构的混合励磁双凸极发电机(doubly salient hybrid excitation generator,DSHEG),阐述发电机的结构,建立相应的数学模型,并就混合励磁发电机提出一种能实现励磁电流双向控制的电压调节器,通过调节励磁电流以实现发电机的稳压输出。介绍DSHEG的3种发电方式,分析双极性控制策略调节励磁电流的工作原理和控制环参数对输出电压调节的影响;提出DSHEG的3种发电工作模式,并分析各自的特点。研制的调压器样机的发电调压试验结果表明:研制的调压器实现了双向励磁的控制,具有良好的稳态与动态调压性能,且可推广应用于其他形式的混合励磁发电机。

Abstract:Doubly salient hybrid excitation generator (DSHEG) was introduced. Its structure and mathematical model were built. Based on hybrid excitation generator, a bidirectional excitation voltage regulator was proposed, which could keep output voltage stable by adjusting exciting current. Three generating ways were introduced. The working principle of bipolar control strategy and the parameters of control loop influence on output voltage were analyzed. Three generating modes of the DSHEG and its characters were given. A bidirectional excitation voltage regulator was built. Theoretical analysis shows that the voltage regulator can adjust exciting current freely and the conclusion is verified by experimental results. The generator has good stable and dynamic characteristics. The regulator can also be applied to other hybrid excitation generators.
