大型固体助推发动机装药无缸浇注技术研究

摘    要:对发动机装药无缸浇注技术进行了研究.按国内的二次料斗真空花板除气装药工艺,设计了药浆流入真空系统中成形复杂结构药柱的无缸浇注技术,经过小型燃烧室旋转式无缸连续浇注工艺试验、大型发动机药柱无缸浇注工艺演示试验,验证了无缸浇注的技术可行性.提出在大型固体助推发动机装药中采用无缸浇注工艺成型途径.

Abstract:The propellant casting technology without use of casting bell for solid booster rocket motors was investigated. Eliminating gas by use of the secondary hopper and vacuum slit plate according to the domestic propellant process, the casting technology without use of casting bell was designed that propellant slurry flowed into vacuum system to form the propellant grain with complicated configuration. Feasibility of the casting technology without use of casting bell was validated through experiments of rotating continuous-casting technology without use of casting bell for pint-sized solid rocket motors and domonstrating casting technology without use of casting bell for large solid rocket motors. Finally the forming route of propellant grain by use of casting technology without casting bell is put forward for large solid booster rocket motors.
