及时修正策略的成败型产品可靠性增长模型

摘    要:针对及时修正试验策略,引入了非齐几何可靠性增长模型,描述了与Duane学习曲线特性的关系,根据不同的失效类型将模型进行了推广.利用进化算法对似然函数求极值,得到了参数极大似然估计,解决了复杂多峰似然函数的求极值问题.在此基础上得到了研制过程结束时的可靠性估计.最后给出了固体火箭发动机可靠性增长分析实例,并与经典估计方法进行比较,表明了本模型的优越性.

Abstract:Considering the test strategy of correction in time,nonhomogeneous geometric reliability-growth model is introduced.The relationship associated with learningcurve property of Duane is described.Based on the different failure categories,the model is generalized.In particular,the likelihood function is solved through evolutionary algorithms,and the problem of sloving complex likelihood function is resolved.The maximum likelihood estimators for the parameters are obtained.Based on the model,reliability point estimator of the last development stage is obtained.Finally,an example of reliability-growth for SRM is presented.Compared with the classical estimation,this shows the advantages of the discrete model.
