机械化上向水平分层充填法在低品位缓倾斜多层金矿脉开采中的应用

摘    要:低品位、缓倾斜、多层金矿脉的开采一直是采矿工程中的难点,国内外安全高效、低贫损的成功开采事例极少。柿树底金矿缓倾斜矿体品位极低且多条矿脉分支复合严重、开采技术难度极大,多年的空场法开采遗留了大规模的采空区群、严重威胁深部采场作业安全,亟需转型升级为更加安全高效的充填采矿法。经过多方案技术经济对比,优选机械化上向水平分层充填法作为主体开采方案,配置凿岩台车、铲运机等机械化装备减少人工成本,采用单步骤间隔回采、非胶结充填工艺最大程度地降低充填成本,实现了低品位、缓倾斜、多层金矿脉的安全高效、低贫损和低成本开采,采场生产能力可达197t/d、回采率89.9%、贫化率7.27%、采矿成本55.29元/t、充填成本仅3.17元/t。机械化上向水平分层充填法在柿树底金矿的成功应用,为国内外低品位、缓倾斜、多层金矿脉的安全高效开采的提供了新的思路。

Abstract:The exploiting of low-grade, gently inclined and multi-layer gold vein is always a difficult point in mining engineering. The gently inclined ore body of Shishudi gold mine is of extremely low grade and has complex vein branches, then the mining condition is extremely difficult. Years of open-pit mining has left a large number of goaf groups, which seriously threatens the safety of deep mining. Therefore, it is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading to a safer and more efficient filling mining method. Through multiple project technical and economic comparison, the mechanized upward cut-and-fill mining method was selected as the main body. Configure jumbo and scrapers were used to reduce the labour costs, a single step interval, non-cemented filling technology was introduced to reduce the filling cost, and finally realizes the successful exploiting of the low-grade, gently inclined and multi-layer gold vein. Since the mining capacity is 197 t/d, the recovery rate is 89.9%, the dilution rate is 7.27%, the mining cost is 55.29 yuan/t, and the packing cost is only 3.17 yuan/t, the successful application of the mechanized upward cut-and-fill mining method in the Shishudi gold mine provides a new idea for the safe and efficient mining of low-grade, gently inclined, multi-layer gold veins at home and abroad.
