基于Pro/E的微型断路器仿真分析

摘    要:
采用Top-Down和功能设计的方法,建立了微型断路器操作机构的骨架、实体模型。采用Pro/E行为建模(BMX)技术,对影响微型断路器的脱扣性能的尺寸进行了敏感度分析及优化。最后,通过Pro/Mechanism对断路器合闸过程进行了动力学仿真和关键零件的有限元分析,并研究了各个功能尺寸对相关性能参数的影响。

Abstract:
Using Top-Down and function design method,the framework and physical model of operating mechanism for miniature circuit breaker(MCB) was established.Adopting Pro/E behavioral modeling technology,the sensitivity analysis and optimization were done for the size of MCB which could effect the releasing function.At last,through Pro/mechanism,the dynamic simulation was done for switching process of circuit breaker,and the finite element analysis was done for key parts.The effect of all kinds of function size on corresponding function parameter was analyzed.
