煤矸石掺力口低品位石灰石煅烧高活性混合材的研究

摘    要:将未燃煤矸石掺加低品位石灰石后,在1100℃和1200℃下进行了煅烧试验。煅烧后的改性煤矸石有C2S、C3A等胶凝矿物形成,胶凝活性提高。用作水泥混合材时,活性指数可达89%。将掺加20%石灰石的煤矸石在1200℃下煅烧,应用水泥熟料煅烧热效应计算,该种改性煤矸石的理论热耗为310kJ/kg,仅为水泥熟料理论热耗的16%。

Study on the High Active Calicinated Cement Addition with Low - Grade

Abstract:If the unburnt coal gangue is added to with low -grade limestone and given a test under between 1 100 ℃ and 1 200 ℃, there will be cementititious minerals such as C2S and C3A forming in the caleinated, modified gangue and as a result, its activity is enhanced. When they are used as cement admixture, their active index can reach up to 89 %. In this research, when calcinated with 20 % limestone under 1 200 ℃, this modified gangue has a theoretical thermal consumption of 310 kJ/kg if calculated according to the thermal effect of cement clinker, only 16 % of the theoretical heat consumption of cement clinker.
